GRUPO VIDANTA SAFETY AND SANITIZING PROCEDURES

Grupo Vidanta management has spent considerable time and money designing safety and sanitizing procedures and implemented extensive training programs for all staff members. Following are questions that are frequently asked about what guests can expect:

Q: What increased cleaning and disinfecting precautions have you implemented at your resorts?

A: We have rolled out enhanced cleaning measures throughout all of our resorts. These include using disinfecting foggers in all lobbies, shops, restaurants, spa facilities, and other public spaces every night. We use only hospital-grade cleaners and sanitizers and wipe down all high-contact surfaces every 30 minutes. We also disinfect our transportation vehicles completely between every trip and disinfect all guest luggage at check in. Q: Do you practice social distancing at the resorts?

 

A: We’ve reduced the capacity of lobbies, restaurants, lounges, spas, transportation, beach clubs, pool decks, and elevators to allow for social distancing. All of our employees respect social distancing guidelines when interacting with guests, business partners, and their fellow employees, unless specific tasks of their position require otherwise. Q: Do you have any new services to offer low or no-contact options during my stay?

 

A: In order to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible, we’ve implemented a few new offerings for your convenience. This includes our No-Cash Policy that allows you to easily settle all expenses at checkout instead of using cash or a credit card throughout your stay. And we now offer grocery delivery directly to your room’s door if you would prefer a contact-less option to dine in during your stay. Q: What safety measures are in place for Vidanta employees?

A: All employees are thoroughly trained and evaluated to ensure their adherence to the new, enhanced safety and sanitization standards. Our team members fully sanitize upon arriving for work every day and are now equipped with masks and personal hand sanitizer.
