Booking Process

Welcome!  We are happy to see you on this page because you want to understand how the booking process works.

The process is easy.  First decide where you want to go. Then determine the floor plan that best suits your needs and the number of units you want to reserve. Follow the links that take you to our TirpAdvisor Page for each available unit. These links are on our Home Page.

 

Then, simply complete the form that appears below and submit it.  The form includes options for multiple units.  We will prepare a Rental Agreement that states all the details about your reservation.

Included will be the method of payment you would like to use.  We accept two payment options:

  • Pay by check:  Make the check out to Aimfair for number of reservations you wish to pay for and send it along with your signed Rental Agreement to Aimfair, 23 Railroad Ave., #134, Danville, CA 94526.  We will let you know when your parcel arrives and when your payment was deposited.  Please note we do not accept checks that are made out for an amount that does not correspond to your booking request.  If there is a difference, we will contact you and let you know we have returned your check. â€‹

  • Pay by credit card through PayPal:  Sign your Rental Agreement and email it to fun@familyfuninmemxico.com.  Upon receiving your agreement, we will send you an invoice describing your selections and respective prices.  Please note PayPal fees are added to the invoice.

After payment has cleared our bank, we will send you a Transferal Letter.  This document transfers the owner's rights to the reservation to you.  Our cancellation policy is Strict - No Cancellations shall be allowed.  As a consequence, we encourage purchasing trip insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances that could possibly interrupt your travel plans and use of the reservations you made.

Alternatively, you may want to book our weeks directly through TripAdvisor. You can do that on TripAdvisor too. Either way is fine with us.

That is all there is to it.  Once you receive the Transferal Letter, you own the reservation and are ready to enjoy a wonderful, memorable vacation.
